In the Name of God, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

“The Revered Robe of Sayyid al-Shuhada (Imam Hussein), the Raised Banner of the Uprising of Al-Qa’im (may Allah hasten his reappearance); the Fragrance of Appearance in the Global Mourning Ceremony of Safinat al-Najat

With the help and strength of Allah, the Global Mourning Ceremony of Safinat al-Najat marks the beginning of addressing the most significant desire and innate need of humanity: salvation from all forms of pain, suffering, and destruction.

The International Mourning Ceremony of Safinat al-Najat is an opportunity to present a new homage to the exalted sanctuary of Hazrat Abu Abdullah al-Hussein (peace be upon him). Our hearts, always feeling the need for a humble bow to this unparalleled beloved of the truth, seek an excuse to manifest themselves. Perhaps in this act of bowing, we may attain the truth of prostration, find the essence of servitude within ourselves, and be guided towards the depths of lordship.

The Revered Robe of the Father of Servitude, today, has been granted permission to manifest, perhaps to fill the void of the complete image of Ashura across thousands upon thousands of days and eras, and to enlighten the eyes of the end-time believers in the discovery of a qibla for self-expression.

The robe of Hazrat Abu Abdullah al-Hussein (peace be upon him) is the banner of our Imam’s uprising. With this emblem of ultimate suffering, we can invite the world to attentiveness, contemplation, and humility.

“The world is thirsty, thirsty for the truth of Hussein (peace be upon him).”
