The Second International Conference of Shia Pulpit Elites

Coinciding with the auspicious day of 12th Bahman, the Second International Conference of Shia Pulpit Elites was held in the holy city of Qom, with the presence of 600 intellectuals and researchers from 70 different nationalities. One of the most important topics discussed at this conference, presented by Davood Manafi Pour, was that after over forty years since the Islamic Revolution, the Shia community should seek a symbol. This is because the Shia community needs power, and its strength comes solely from the geography of Karbala. He elaborated on the topic of the robe of Imam Hussein (A.S.) as a symbol and its significance in the end times. He presented a new discussion regarding the preparation for the reappearance and the role of Iranians and the people of Qom in this matter, considering the starting point of the preparation for the reappearance to be from Hazrat Musa ibn Ja’far (A.S.) and the dispatch of his children to Iran.
